Taxes & Duties
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. For further details please review our “International Shipping Terms and Conditions.”
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that were initially shipped outside the US. All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you refuse a shipment from Crasqi or if it is considered "abandoned" due to the fact that we cannot reach you, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Crasqi. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
Keep in mind that we provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as product descriptions, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Crasqi to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item. You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Crasqi the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Crasqi ("Actual Import Fees"). In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Crasqi website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION:Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM US (US Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Crasqi will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. If the item you ordered is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you to inform you so you can decide between switching for another product that's in stock or receiving a full refund.
If the size you ordered doesn't work or if you've changed your mind about a particular style, we're happy to pay for the return shipping and issue a store credit which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com.
We just ask that you please keep the following in mind:
- Products must be sent back within 21 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, in the condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original box and/or packaging
- You must include any gifts that came with your order, including any bracelet(s) or case(s)
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit or refunds on orders that were initially shipped outside the US. All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue store credit within 5 business days which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com
- All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable
- Please keep in mind that we don't offer refunds on orders placed on crasqi.com
- Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender
- Store credit is only valid on www.crasqi.com
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product(s) simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. It's that simple.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue store credit within 5 business days which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com
